Due to an increasing workload, M’s Technology Vietnam is looking for a new team member to join our design department!

Are you looking for a stable, quiet, and focused working environment? If you can read basic electronic component datasheets, we would love to meet you!

What We Are Looking For:

Ability to read basic electronic component datasheets.
Ability to visualize a 3D physical component in your head from a drawing.

No prior CAD experience? No problem at all! We will provide full, step-by-step training on how to use CAD software. As long as you have the basic reading skills and spatial imagination, we’ll teach you all the technical skills you need.

Job Overview

Position: CAD Trainee / PCB Layout Assistant
Openings: Strictly 1 Position Available (Applications close once filled)
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Environment: Quiet, comfortable, and focused office

Working Hours & Time Off

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) / Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Flexibility: Additional short breaks can be taken at employees’ discretion during working hours.
Days Off & Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, and Long Annual Holidays (as per company calendar).
- Recent track record: 9 consecutive days off for the Tet holiday (Lunar New Year).

Compensation & Working Environment

Salary: Gross salary starting from 10,000,000 VND/month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
Salary Review & Bonus:
- Annual salary review and Tet bonus / 13th-month salary (available, subject to reduction for employees in their first year).
- For inexperienced candidates: Opportunities for multiple pay raises up to around their 2nd year, evaluated based on skill acquisition and performance.
Probation Period: 2 months (salary during probation is paid in compliance with Labor Law).
Social Insurance: Full social, health, and unemployment insurance coverage in accordance with Labor Law.
